Ben hung out in the top five for the majority of
Saturday night's Pro All Stars Series (PASS) 200 at
Geary, New Brunswick's Speedway 660 and took the lead
from Kirk Thibeau #28 for good on lap 149 to claim his
second PASS North super late model win of 2009. The RMR
team kept a close watch on Adam Bates #98 and John Fleming #97 as they ran up to the 2nd and 3rd spots, but Ben had an easy cruise to the checkers. A mid race 10 minute break at lap 100 - with the #4 pitting on the front stretch in front of the fans - had given all the crews a chance to refuel, change two tires, and make some chassis tweaks. |
